Singapore Client Visits ANBEN FIRE Factory Following Positive Sample Review

ANBEN FIRE welcomed a delegation from a Singapore-based fire safety equipment distributor at its manufacturing facility this week, the company's [first] on-site audit by a Southeast Asian partner this year.

The visit followed a two-stage sample review. In Spe, the Singapore team requested evaluation samples of ANBEN FIRE's firefighter boots and turnout gear, and tested them against the specification requirements of their local market. Satisfied with the results, the client asked to inspect the factory in person before confirming a supply agreement.

The morning began in the showroom, where turnout gear in two colourways, firefighter boots and SCBA components were laid out for close inspection. The delegation then walked through the full production flow — raw material inspection, cutting and stitching, boot vulcanization, assembly and final packaging — and spent most of its time in the in-house testing laboratory, where ANBEN FIRE engineers ran heat resistance, puncture resistance and water penetration tests on production batches.

"Seeing the testing process on the line is different from reading a test report," said Customers at the visiting company. "We came with a list of questions about consistency and traceability, and most of them were answered before we asked."

The two sides then held a working session covering certification documentation (EN 15090, EN 469 etc), minimum order quantities, production lead times and OEM/ODM options for the Singapore market.

Both parties agreed to move into the next phase of technical documentation exchange, with a formal quotation expected within [timeframe].
